Our goal is to treat clients here at Wallis For Wellness, and then instead of sending you home with a bunch of easily lost, and environmentally wasteful papers describing stretches and/or additional self-treatments required as part of the therapy; we will direct you to this page where you can download those same documents digitally for your reference.
As a sample of what is to come, feel free to check out the document below which illustrates how to do a great, simple, and highly effective stretch you can do while sitting down. Ideal for work, or any other time you are required to sit for long periods of time.
Sitting Stretches
This handy guide will show you how to perform some effective stretches to get your circulation flowing again, and your muscles loosened up after sitting still at a desk, or in a car for a long period of time. This stretch takes only a minute to perform and can spare you hours of sore muscles and a stiff back. It really does embody the saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
