So what do you do when you’ve totally fallen off the health wagon and you feel so far back that you can’t even smell the horses?!?! (Ewww!). Well that’s where I’ve found myself since Christmas, and since gaining back 10 of the 30 lbs lost in Sept. through Dec., (ugh!) I realized that it’s past time to get back on that wagon and grab hold of the reins and take back control! The question is, “How?”. How does one get fired up and motivated AGAIN? So, I asked myself this: What was is that got me so motivated and excited to get started in September?
So, I went back and read some of my original blogs and interestingly enough, re-inspired myself to start fresh and begin a new “Day 1”!!! (Not to mention that I started to feel down right schmoopy! — and that’s no fun!). I took my “Day 1” measurements for a baseline and then jumped in with both feet with two good cleanse days to kick things off (not to mention three hours of skating fun the day before!). Already starting to feel better!…
My goals? — Same as before — improved health, to lose some “poundage” (!!!), and be a healthy and active role model for my young son.
So, I’m off on the next leg of my wellness journey — motivated, inspired and ready!
And no looking back!…
