Occupational Therapist, Mindfulness Coach


Jaisa Sulit BPHE, BEd, MscOT is a neuro-rehab occupational therapist and lecturer at the University of Toronto. In 2010, Jaisa survived an accident that left her with a spinal cord injury. As a therapist turned patient, Jaisa completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program which enriched her recovery & continues to help her cope with life with a disability. Jaisa has since become trained in teaching MBSR & now teaches mindfulness to both patients & professionals. Embracing creative self-expression as part of her recovery, Jaisa has since become a published poet, a spoken word artist, and a freqent student at The Second City for stand up comedy & improv. Jaisa is now a sought out speaker and has been the keynote for the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists and the Annual Spirituality and Wellness Expo in Mexico.
