In-Chair Massage
Wallis in the Workplace is an on-site program which extends our reach into your place of business to provide professional therapeutic care in order to reduce workplace stress and improve performance. Coffee
breaks are being replaced by a 15 minute in-chair massage treatment in the workplace. Research from the University of Miami, School of Medicine (Touch Research Institute) has proven that this short form of massage therapy treatment promotes better group
cohesiveness, decreases the amount of sick time taken and increase alertness thus improving productivity. Currently, Wallis in the Workplace is providing in-chair
massage in hospital for medical and support staff and for many teachers in both elementary and secondary schools. Companies are also contracting us to come into their offices to provide stress relief during extremely busy periods.
Stress Busters
Wallis in the Workplace also offers Lunch and Learn Stress Buster Seminars. These short and informative sessions touch on how to recognize your stress and the practical tools you can use to manage that stress.
