What is an Emotional Health Coach?
Unlike therapists, coaches do not specialize in treating complex clinical problems. However, they do help clients manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety while providing people with tools they can use in their everyday lives.

A coach partners with you directly to understand what is holding you back. By actively listening and asking the right questions, they can provide you with tools that will help move you forward.
A coach will hold you accountable on a weekly basis, require you to do some self-work involving reading and writing. This helps take you from a place of feeling stuck to being able to identify with what is holding you back.
Claire has created a 3-Pillar Coaching Program, designed to help you take action and hold you accountable on a weekly basis
Coaching Program is designed around 3 Pillars.
1. UNCOVER - is looking at what is holding you back, where your obstacles and fears are? What does your self-talk look like?
2. DISCOVER - look at all your strengths, what you are truly capable
of? Where do you want to go? I'll give you the tools to get there.
3. RISE - is your final step, this is when you are feeling you are ready to
give it your all, step into the place you want to go with a plan in place.
This is the exciting step, the one we celebrate!
Programs can vary from:
6 weeks (introduction to coaching) to 3 months, 6 months up to 12months
