Margaret Wallis-Duffy, is Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She has completed both her International Certification in Infant Massage as well as her Professional Designation as a Consultant in Aging as she is committed to taking care of people through every age and stage of life. She founded Wallis for Wellness in April of 1992 and Wow New Media Inc, the digital education arm of Wallis for Wellness in 2017. Margaret is proud to to be on the guest faculty of the Perinatal Support Worker program at Mohawk College. 

Wallis for Wellness is an award winning integrative health clinic that has earned an 80% doctor referral rate and prides itself in reaching beyond the treatment room walls to educate and empower Canadians to Become the CEO of their Health. 

Margaret is the visionary behind the BETTER TOGETHER AS ONE MOVEMENT- an award winning social health initiative that is committed to advocating for change in the way we invest in and approach healthcare in our county. A mission that focuses on a more preventative and integrative approach to healthcare and encourages patients to play an active role in their health so that they can LIVE WELL at every age and stage of life. 

Treating, teaching, speaking- Margaret is on an unstoppable quest to help shift your mindset from "just surviving to thriving" when it comes to your health. 

As a passionate wellness educator and patient advocate, Margaret is known for her engaging and interactive presentations and speaking engagements. She has had the pleasure of delivering speaking engagements, workshops and keynote addresses for clients such as RBC Insurance, The Region of Peel, University of Toronto's Engineering Graduate Program, Investors Group, Peel Board of Education, OTIP, City of Brampton, Canadian Parking Association, Big Brothers/Sisters of Peel, William Osler Health System, Canadian Association of Radiologists, Amica Brampton, Mountainview Seniors Residence and The Baby Show Toronto/Ottawa just to name a few. 

Her innovative thinking and passion to educate, empower and inspire people to change the way they approach their health has resulted in her becoming one of Canada's leading wellness educators and media spokesperson. Media outlets across North America often call upon her expertise to discuss a variety of health and wellness topics. Margaret has appeared on television shows such as Cityline, Breakfast TV, Global News,Sirius XM Radio, Health Matters & Better Canadian Living TV to name a few. 

Margaret's dedication to make the make a positive impact on as many people's lives as possible lead her to launch two digital learning academies. The ONE Life Learning Academy provides the opportunity for Canadians to learn evidence informed practical strategies to LIVE WELL from the comfort and safety of their homes. Whether they attend a live interactive webinar or an on-demand multil-media rich course, Margaret is dedicated to helping put people into ACTION in order to improve their health & the health of their families. The BETTER TOGETHER AS ONE LEARNING ACADEMY is a platform where healthcare professionals from both conventional & complimentary medicine can learn and grow in with the goal of improving the outcomes of the patients they treat. 

When not busy treating patients at her clinic or interviewing guests on her Better Together as ONE TV Show/Podcast, Margaret loves to cook, stay active & spend time with her husband and two amazing grown children, Blake & Carley.
