The goal of custom-made foot orthotics is to alleviate stress and pain of the feet and lower limbs. A certified pedorthist is a health care professional who is trained and certified in the assessment, design, manufacture, fit, and modification of foot orthotics and the fitting and modification of footwear

Paula Toye, our resident Certified Pedorthist would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Patients are required to bring in a physician’s referral with a medical diagnosis, 2-3 pairs of footwear most frequently worn and a pair of shorts. The initial assessment is 45 minutes which includes:

  • Patient history

  • In-depth biomechanical assessment (weight-bearing, non-weight bearing, and range of motion tests)
